Case Overview

This case showcases how I improved a corporate video conferencing platform used by large companies to hold meetings and manage online communication. The focus was on simplifying navigation, speeding up meeting creation, and enhancing moderator tools to create a smoother, more intuitive user experience.

I joined the project when users were struggling with complex navigation, a confusing meeting setup process, and unintuitive event management tools. My goal was to make the platform more user-friendly, logical, and modern.

🔍 Key Challenges & Insights

Challenge	Impact
Complicated and confusing navigation	Users couldn’t quickly find core functions, slowing down their workflows.
Unstructured event list	Difficult to distinguish between upcoming and past meetings.
Lengthy meeting creation	Many users abandoned setup midway.

2️⃣ User & Competitor Research

🧠 Research Process:

Conducted interviews with corporate clients to uncover pain points directly from organizers and participants.
Performed competitor analysis (Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.) to review industry best practices.
Tested the existing product to identify friction points and confusing workflows.
